Branch Security Officer position at Tiffany & Co. in Palo Alto, California. Hybrid security and retail operations role offering $22.53–$30.48/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service excellence
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations
- Ensure security systems and procedures are adhered to through daily inspections, equipment testing, alarm monitoring, and key access management
- Execute opening and closing procedures and coordinate facility repairs and communications with store team
- Deliver a positive Tiffany experience from beginning to end for each client
- Deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime dedication and spending
- Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and demonstrating Client Experience Behaviors
- Implement standard processes by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences
- Monitor and act on NPS (Net Promoter Score) feedback and client comments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience; prior experience in retail or security-related environments is desirable, as is at least 1 year in a dedicated security position.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
