Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional security and operational support across the store to protect assets and enable sales.
  • Partner with Senior Security Officer and store management to deter theft, investigate incidents, and execute incident management procedures.
  • Maintain and enforce security systems and protocols including alarm tests, daily inspections, key control and equipment checks.
  • Conduct opening and closing procedures, manage back-of-house controls, and coordinate facility repairs with store teams.
  • Act as a brand ambassador: provide memorable client service, deepen client relationships, and support the store in achieving sales objectives.
  • Implement hospitality standards and NPS-driven client experience behaviours; act on client feedback to improve service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in retail, security, or customer-facing operations.
  • Basic computer skills.

Experience
