Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional security and operational support across the store to protect assets and enable sales.
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and store management to deter theft, investigate incidents, and execute incident management procedures.
- Maintain and enforce security systems and protocols including alarm tests, daily inspections, key control and equipment checks.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, manage back-of-house controls, and coordinate facility repairs with store teams.
- Act as a brand ambassador: provide memorable client service, deepen client relationships, and support the store in achieving sales objectives.
- Implement hospitality standards and NPS-driven client experience behaviours; act on client feedback to improve service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in retail, security, or customer-facing operations.
- Basic computer skills.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, security, or customer-facing operations; prior security-specific experience (e.g., 1+ year in a security role) is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
