Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to enable sales and service delivery
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and store management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations
- Implement and monitor adherence to all security systems and procedures, including daily inspections, equipment testing, alarm verification, and key access controls
- Execute opening and closing procedures and coordinate with facilities teams on necessary repairs
- Deliver a positive Tiffany experience from initial greeting through transaction completion
- Build lasting client relationships to drive customer lifetime value and loyalty
- Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador during all customer interactions and store operations
- Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable service moments
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences
- Monitor NPS scores and client feedback to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
