Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
  • Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations.
  • Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections and equipment checks.
  • Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.
  • Act as a Tiffany ambassador to enhance client relationships and support sales objectives.
  • Consistently deliver memorable in-store experiences and demonstrate passion for the Tiffany brand.
  • Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Basic computer proficiency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related position, preferably within a retail environment.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
