Tiffany & Co. seeks a Branch Security Officer in Palm Beach to provide exceptional security and operational support. The role involves collaborating with management to prevent theft, ensuring adherence to security protocols, and enhancing customer experiences. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related role.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional security and operational support to enhance sales and customer service.
• Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to prevent theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through regular inspections and tests.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities maintenance.
• Support both security and back-of-house operations.
• Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to clients, fostering long-term relationships.
• Act as a Tiffany ambassador to support the store in achieving sales targets.
• Enhance in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable customer interactions.
• Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related position, preferably in a retail environment.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
