Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily security operations including opening/closing procedures, alarm and equipment tests, key control and daily inspections to ensure adherence to established security protocols.
- Provide frontline loss prevention and emergency response: deter theft, report missing assets, manage incidents and liaise with Senior Security Officer and store management on investigations and incident management programmes.
- Maintain back‑of‑house controls and assist with facilities repairs and operational continuity, communicating effectively with the store team and central functions.
- Deliver exemplary client service consistent with the Tiffany Experience: act as a brand ambassador, deepen client relationships and contribute to achieving the store sales plan.
- Implement and champion service standards and hospitality initiatives, act on NPS feedback and elevate in‑store moments to reinforce brand desirability.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' relevant experience in security, loss prevention or a retail security environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with incident reporting and store operational systems preferred.
