Tiffany & Co. seeks a Branch Security Officer in Miami, FL to manage store security, operations and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver vigilant store security and loss-prevention through daily monitoring, alarm tests, key-control and regular inspections.
  • Partner with the Senior Security Officer and store management to deter theft, report missing assets and execute incident management and emergency response procedures.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, oversee back-of-house operations and coordinate facilities repairs with the store team.
  • Support sales and client engagement by ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and acting as a Tiffany ambassador during customer interactions.
  • Implement and follow corporate security protocols, maintain accurate incident and inspection reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of controls.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant security or loss-prevention experience, preferably within retail or a luxury environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy for reporting and daily system checks.

Experience
