Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service across all store functions
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and store management to deter theft, respond to emergency situations, and implement comprehensive incident management procedures
- Oversee daily security inspections, equipment testing, alarm systems, key access protocols, and ensure submission of all required reports
- Execute opening and closing procedures whilst managing back-of-house operations, security controls, and facility maintenance coordination
- Deliver a distinctive Tiffany experience to each customer from initial contact through transaction completion
- Develop and strengthen client relationships to foster long-term loyalty and lifetime value
- Serve as a Tiffany brand ambassador, embodying the company's core values and commitment to excellence
- Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and implementing Client Experience Behaviors as identified in the NPS program
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences whilst responding to client feedback and NPS metrics
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with preference for background in retail or security environments and at least 1 year in a security-related position
