Tiffany & Co. in Los Angeles (Century City) seeks a Temporary Branch Security Officer to safeguard assets and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver visible, professional security presence to deter theft and protect people, product and premises while supporting sales and customer service objectives.
- Execute security controls and daily operations: alarm tests, key access control, equipment inspections, incident reporting and adherence to established security procedures.
- Partner with the Senior Security Officer and store management to investigate and report missing assets, respond to emergencies and implement Incident Management Programs.
- Perform opening and closing duties, manage back-of-house security and assist with facilities repairs and coordination with store operations.
- Act as a Tiffany ambassador on the sales floor: provide an elevated customer experience, support client engagement and contribute to achieving the store sales plan.
- Apply Client Experience behaviors and act on NPS feedback to continuously improve in-store hospitality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant security or retail security experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills; ability to complete reports and follow digital incident workflows.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in security, loss prevention or a retail security environment; prior in-store retail security experience is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22.53 to USD 30.48 per hour.
