Tiffany & Co. Branch Security Officer in Las Vegas – combine security expertise with luxury retail service in a dynamic Bellagio location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service excellence
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergency situations, and implement Incident Management Program procedures
- Ensure security systems and procedures are adhered to through daily inspections, equipment and alarm testing, key access management, and report submissions
- Execute opening and closing procedures, coordinate facilities repairs, and communicate with store team members
- Deliver the Tiffany Experience consistently from beginning to end for each client interaction
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spending while acting as a Tiffany brand ambassador
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and demonstrating Client Experience Behaviors identified in the NPS program
- Implement standard processes by optimizing hospitality and store amenities, acting on NPS scores and client feedback
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or security environment, with at least 1 year in a security-related position. Prior experience demonstrating proficiency in loss prevention, incident response, and retail operations is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.25 to USD 28.75 per hour.
