Tiffany & Co. is hiring a Branch Security Officer in Las Vegas, NV — permanent retail security role protecting assets and ensuring the Tiffany client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver visible, professional security oversight on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas to protect inventory, colleagues, and clients while supporting store sales objectives.
- Partner closely with the Senior Security Officer and store leadership to deter theft, investigate and report missing assets, and execute incident management procedures.
- Operate and maintain security systems, conduct alarm tests and daily inspections, manage key access controls, and ensure timely submission of security reports.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, support facilities repairs coordination, and liaise with store operations to maintain continuity of service.
- Provide frontline emergency response and coordinate with external emergency services as required.
- Support sales by acting as a Tiffany ambassador: deliver exemplary client service, deepen client relationships, and contribute to achieving store sales plans.
- Implement service standards and hospitality initiatives, act on NPS feedback, and create memorable in-store moments that reinforce the brand.
- Cover both security duties and back-of-house operational controls as business needs dictate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Minimum three years of professional experience; experience in retail security, loss prevention or a security environment strongly preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and competency with standard store reporting procedures.

Experience
Minimum three years' professional experience, with prior exposure to retail loss prevention or security operations preferred; at least one year in a security-related position is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional security training or certification is advantageous.
