Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times.
- Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Support store operations to achieve sales plans and deepen client relationships.
- Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments and demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and respond to emergency situations.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through inspections and report submissions.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and facilities repairs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related position preferred.
