Tiffany & Co. hiring Branch Security Officer in Jacksonville, FL. Oversee security operations, loss prevention, and customer service in luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee security controls and operations to support sales and service delivery
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations
- Implement and monitor adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections, equipment testing, alarm verification, and key access management
- Execute opening and closing procedures, manage back-of-house operations and controls, and coordinate facility repairs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and the Tiffany Experience from beginning to end for each client
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spending through personalized engagement
- Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, consistently delivering memorable moments and optimizing in-store hospitality
- Implement standard processes and act on Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback to create unique experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; desired experience in retail or security environments with at least 1 year in a security-related position.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
