Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for clients and employees, acting as the store ambassador and first point of contact.
- Deliver the Tiffany Experience by supporting client engagement, hospitality and service standards that deepen customer relationships and drive lifetime loyalty.
- Execute loss-prevention and security protocols: deter theft, monitor surveillance, perform asset checks, investigate and report missing assets, and complete incident reports.
- Operate and test security systems and equipment, manage key and access controls, and perform daily inspections and alarm tests.
- Support store operations including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house controls, and coordination of minor facilities repairs with store management.
- Respond to emergency situations, escalate according to incident management procedures, and partner with Senior Security Officer and store leadership on security initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in security, loss prevention or protective services (retail security experience preferred).
- Preferred: prior experience in a retail or security environment; at least 1 year in a security-related role.

Compensation
