Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service outcomes
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations in accordance with Incident Management Programs
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections, equipment maintenance, alarm testing, key access management, and report submissions
- Execute opening and closing procedures, facilitate facilities repairs coordination, and communicate with store team members
- Cover both security and back-of-house operations and controls responsibilities
- Deliver the Tiffany Experience by providing consistent, positive client service from initial contact through transaction completion
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spending through consultative engagement
- Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and demonstrating brand passion during customer interactions
- Implement standard processes by optimizing hospitality, managing store amenities, and acting on NPS scores and client feedback
- Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador throughout daily operations and store procedures
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills

Experience
Minimum 3 years of security or retail environment experience is required. Prior experience in a security-related position of at least 1 year is strongly desired, along with demonstrated competency in a retail or security setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
