Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional security and operations support to enhance sales and service.
  • Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and manage emergency situations.
  • Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through regular inspections and reports.
  • Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.
  • Support both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
  • Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to each client, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Act as a Tiffany ambassador to support the store in achieving sales targets.
  • Enhance in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable customer interactions.
  • Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Basic computer proficiency. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a retail or security environment, with at least 1 year in a security-related role.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
