Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional security and operational support to enhance sales and service.
  • Collaborate with senior security personnel and management to prevent theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
  • Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through regular inspections and reports.
  • Perform operational tasks including opening and closing procedures, and assist with facilities maintenance.
  • Support both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
  • Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Act as a Tiffany ambassador to support the store in achieving sales targets.
  • Consistently elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable customer interactions.
  • Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Basic computer proficiency. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year in a security-related position, preferably within a retail or security environment.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $22.53 to $30.48 per hour, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
