Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional security and operational support to enhance sales and service.
- Collaborate with senior security personnel and management to prevent theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through regular inspections and reports.
- Perform operational tasks including opening and closing procedures, and assist with facilities maintenance.
- Support both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
- Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Act as a Tiffany ambassador to support the store in achieving sales targets.
- Consistently elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable customer interactions.
- Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1 year in a security-related position, preferably within a retail or security environment.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $22.53 to $30.48 per hour, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
