Tiffany & Co. Security Officer in Chevy Chase, MD – Blend retail operations with security and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as brand ambassador and first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable in-store experiences
- Maintain secure environment through daily inspections, equipment monitoring, alarm testing, and key access management
- Deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations by implementing Incident Management Programs procedures
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business, acting as Tiffany ambassador during all customer interactions
- Execute opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities maintenance, and communicate operational issues to store management
- Optimize store amenities and hospitality to create unique client experiences, taking action on feedback and performance metrics
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to ensure adherence to security systems and procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Demonstrated ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in a retail or security environment (preferred)
- 1 year prior experience in a security-related position (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with preference for prior roles in retail security, loss prevention, or retail operations environments.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.25 to USD 25 per hour.
