Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure and welcoming environment for clients and employees, acting as an ambassador and first point of contact in-store.
- Deliver the Tiffany Experience through exemplary service, hospitality and adherence to clienteling best practices.
- Deter theft and protect company assets by implementing loss-prevention measures, conducting patrols and monitoring security systems.
- Execute incident management procedures: respond to emergencies, report missing assets, complete incident documentation and liaise with management and authorities as required.
- Perform daily security and operations checks including alarm tests, equipment inspections, key control and timely submission of security reports.
- Support store operations by carrying out opening and closing procedures, assisting with back-of-house controls and coordinating facilities repairs with the store team.
- Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and store leadership to refine procedures and act on client feedback and TEI performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and log management.
- Minimum 3 years of security or retail/security-related experience.
- Preferred: prior retail security or loss-prevention experience (1+ year in a security-related role).
