Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Branch Security Officer in Atlanta to oversee security controls and back-of-house operations while supporting sales and service. The role includes deterring theft, monitoring security procedures, handling opening and closing tasks, assisting with facilities repairs and delivering a memorable client experience. This is a permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide security and operations support that enables sales and service.
- Work with the Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies and implement Incident Management Programs procedures.
- Monitor adherence to security systems and procedures, including daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, key access and report submissions.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.
- Cover security and back-of-house operations and controls.
- Deliver a positive Tiffany experience for each client and deepen client relationships to encourage long-term loyalty and spend.
- Represent Tiffany as a brand ambassador and support store operations to help achieve the sales plan.
- Elevate the in-store experience by creating memorable moments and demonstrate the Client Experience Behaviors identified within the NPS program.
- Apply standard processes, optimize hospitality and store amenities, and act on NPS scores and client feedback.
Qualifications
- High school graduate.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
- Experience in a retail or security environment is desired.
- One year of prior experience in a security-related position is desired.
