Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual territory sales targets through new account acquisition and expansion of existing corporate relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue across the corporate gifting portfolio and key product pillars.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of business client prospects and manage opportunities through Salesforce.
- Deliver consultative, relationship-driven selling to C-suite and senior stakeholders via face-to-face, virtual and phone meetings.
- Collaborate closely with regional and local retail teams to capture omnichannel opportunities and drive store traffic.
- Forecast sales, analyse performance data and apply insights to prioritise opportunities and optimise territory performance.
- Provide high-quality proposals, presentations and post-sale service to ensure repeat business and long-term client loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a business-to-business sales environment with a proven track record of achieving results.
- Demonstrated experience in corporate gifting or B2B luxury selling, with the ability to cultivate relationships at the C-suite level.
- Strong organisational, time-management and multitasking capabilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); capability to forecast and use data insights to drive decisions.
- A college degree or equivalent professional experience; legal authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum three years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably including corporate gifting or luxury B2B selling, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
Education
College degree or equivalent work experience.
