Tiffany & Co. seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Istanbul to lead sales, guest experience and operations for its retail store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in leading the sales, operations and security teams to achieve or exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide visible management presence on the sales floor: coach advisors, cultivate client relationships personally and model exemplary Guest Experience standards.
  • Drive client development and retention initiatives to deepen relationships and expand the store’s client base.
  • Recruit, train and develop talent; set clear performance goals and conduct regular coaching, feedback and recognition to raise team capability.
  • Oversee back-of-house operations and inventory procedures, ensure compliance with internal control standards and identify process improvements.
  • Assume overall store oversight and decision-making in the Store Manager’s absence, including security and loss-prevention responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years’ experience in retail or luxury retail store management, or relevant client-facing management experience (e.g., hospitality).
  • Proven track record of generating sales and managing a team to deliver measurable results against targets and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities while maintaining brand positioning and market penetration.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English (both mandatory); additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Flexible to perform across roles (sales floor, operations) and to work retail hours as required.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred; graduate gemologist qualification or coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is a plus.
