Role & Responsibilities

- Maintain compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
- Set and communicate performance goals for the team.
- Manage team productivity and quality targets while adhering to labor cost budgets.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Lead process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan and forecast departmental needs based on historical trends and business insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in jewelry service, repair operations, or luxury retail management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
- Ability to manage workflow and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial and operational acumen, including labor planning and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to inclusion and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Experience handling high-value merchandise with discretion.
- Gemological training or certification (GIA or equivalent preferred).

Minimum of 5 years in a related service management environment, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
