Tiffany & Co. hiring an Area Manager in London to lead multi‑store sales, operations and client development for the High Jewellery cluster.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire multi‑store teams to deliver a consistent culture of luxury service and high performance.
- Own cluster sales and profitability, driving KPI performance (conversion, AUR, appointments) and development of the High Jewellery business.
- Develop and execute client acquisition, retention and engagement strategies, ensuring top client servicing and NPS targets are met.
- Manage resourcing and labour cost across the cluster in partnership with HR and the Retail Director, including succession planning and talent pipelines.
- Recruit, develop and retain high‑performing talent; conduct monthly performance reviews with store managers.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance across stores, including inventory accuracy, shrinkage prevention and audit readiness.
- Partner with CRM and CVM to optimise clienteling, visual standards and local activations (events, Blue Book and EMEA initiatives).
- Represent the Group Retail Director when required and build external/internal networks to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
- Minimum 10 years' relevant retail experience with proven multi‑site store management.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and understanding of retail sales drivers and financial metrics.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain talent; experience in succession planning.
- Strong presentation skills and the capacity to present business strategy using current technology.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills; able to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive retail experience, including demonstrable success in store management and multi‑site oversight; experience driving luxury client development and achieving P&L targets.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in luxury retail management.
