Tiffany & Co. hiring Architectural Designer in New York for 6-month contract role; $45/hour
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual designs and design development documentation for retail environments
- Create and execute 3D sketches and Design Development sets for PPM meetings and Design Review sessions
- Prepare Design Intent Sets for Request for Proposal (RFP) distribution to architects
- Produce conceptual 3D renderings of store designs as directed by Design Managers
- Coordinate with external consultants during construction, responding to Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Organize meeting agendas in collaboration with Project Architects
- Conduct material and product research specific to project requirements
- Order material samples and manage project documentation including digital files and studio imagery
- Provide administrative support including timesheet management and studio coordination
- Mentor junior-level architecture team members
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture
- 3–5 years of minimum architectural experience
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated hand-sketching capability

3–5 years of professional architectural experience, preferably in retail design or luxury brand environments
Education
Professional degree in Architecture required
