Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and refine elevated design concepts aligned with senior management's creative direction
- Build strategic and elevated retail environment designs that uphold brand essence while ensuring global image consistency and brand recognizability
- Develop creative strategies and design directions to execute façades and store interior concepts that strengthen Tiffany's core values and brand image
- Research emerging trends, competitive landscape, and innovative materials for application through mood boards and competitive analysis
- Participate in design conversations with architectural firms, consultants, and vendors from concept through construction development phases
- Conduct material research and develop sample boards
- Manage communication with external consultants, including architectural firms, general contractors, vendors, and local architects
- Address Requests for Information (RFIs) and coordinate with project teams
- Handle project management responsibilities including work completion meetings, reporting, punch-list organization, and follow-up actions
- Organize meeting agendas and support ad hoc projects as needed
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture and promote innovative, forward-thinking approaches
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in luxury/fashion, jewelry retail, branding, design, or architectural firms
- Professional degree in Architecture (preferred)
- Strong understanding of shop drawings, structural drawings, and project schedules
- Proficiency with 3D modeling software (Rhino, Cinema4D, or 3D Studio Max)
- Advanced AutoCAD skills
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Rendering software expertise (Vray)
- Availability to travel for mock-ups, testing, and on-site inspections
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail, jewelry, branding, design, or architectural practice, with demonstrated expertise in façade design, retail environment design, or special architectural projects.
Education
Professional degree in Architecture preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
