Tiffany & Co. Ambassador at Selfridges, London. 6-month contract role delivering luxury retail client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients as an embodiment of the Tiffany Warm Welcome, ensuring memorable experiences commensurate with the brand's luxury positioning
- Interact with clients in a warm and courteous manner, discerning needs through storytelling and conversation, and connecting them with appropriate sales professionals
- Manage both walk-in and appointment traffic efficiently, communicating wait times and orchestrating flow throughout the boutique
- Engage clients by sharing Tiffany & Co. heritage, product introductions, and service offerings
- Support all hospitality and selling events, ensuring areas are stocked, clean, and well-organized
- Assist the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishment, and gifting supplies
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of brand values and products to authentically convey heritage
- Safeguard Tiffany property and client information in strict adherence to Record Retention Guidelines
- Escalate issues to management and support company initiatives with agility and flexibility
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
- Client-focused mentality with exceptional verbal communication skills
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to interact effectively with VIP clients
- Strong commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment

Experience
Entry-level or beginner experience acceptable; prior experience in luxury hospitality industries (restaurant, hotel, or retail) is preferred but not required.
