Role & Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of AI products spanning inventory management, demand planning, distribution/logistics, sourcing, manufacturing and product development.
- Define product vision, roadmaps and success metrics aligned with operational and financial objectives (cost reduction, working capital, productivity, service level).
- Translate operational challenges into scalable AI solutions and partner with data science and engineering teams to deliver production-ready models.
- Ensure integration of AI products into operational workflows and decision processes, driving adoption and change management across Operations teams.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Industrial and Finance stakeholders to define financial success metrics and demonstrate P&L impact and ROI.
- Communicate product performance, roadmap prioritization and impact to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, operations transformation, or process engineering.
- Proven domain expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, inventory management, demand planning or logistics.
- Experience delivering AI or advanced analytics solutions at scale and working closely with data science teams.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder alignment and change management skills; able to demonstrate measurable operational impact.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management, operations transformation, or process engineering with demonstrated delivery of AI/advanced analytics solutions that produced measurable operational or financial benefits.
Education
