Role & Responsibilities
- Own and scale a portfolio of AI products across e-commerce, retail, CRM and marketing, setting clear product vision and roadmap.
- Identify high-value commercial opportunities and translate them into scalable AI product specifications and use cases.
- Define success metrics and KPIs (e.g., conversion, CLV, incremental revenue) and establish measurement frameworks aligned with operational and financial objectives.
- Act as primary liaison between executive business stakeholders and data science, engineering and IT teams to ensure alignment from ideation to delivery and scale.
- Drive cross-functional delivery, adoption and change management to embed AI products into business processes and operating models.
- Monitor product performance, communicate impact and insights to senior leadership, and prioritize product backlog based on measurable business value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or process engineering with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product lifecycles.
- Proven experience delivering AI or advanced analytics solutions at scale and working closely with data science and technical teams.
- Deep domain expertise in at least one of: client experience, retail, sales, e‑commerce, CRM or marketing; luxury retail experience is a plus.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product strategies.
- Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud) and experience defining/tracking KPIs such as conversion, CLV and incremental revenue.
