Travel Retail Manager at Thélios in Miami, Florida – Drive eyewear sales across Americas travel retail channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop turnovers and profitability by managing travel retail accounts across the geographical zone
- Manage regional channel budget, allocating resources according to Maison strategy and business priorities
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business targets are met
- Ensure Maison development within the channel, maintaining market share and brand image
- Deploy 360° customer marketing plans including training, staffing, and visibility activities
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with key travel retail partners across the region
- Manage travel retail marketing and communications (TMKG) activities directly for the channel within the region
- Monitor and coordinate with the Customer Service Department to optimize partner support and business performance
- Track and analyze competitor strategy within the travel retail sector
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is a plus)
- 5 to 8 years of experience in the travel retail market
- Solid sales experience and demonstrated sales skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management capabilities
- Team-player mentality with result-oriented sensitivity
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel retail market, with particular emphasis on sales expertise and channel development. Prior experience in the eyewear, luxury goods, or selective distribution sectors is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
