Thélios seeks Travel Retail Manager for Miami to lead channel growth across the Americas. Luxury eyewear, 5–8 years travel retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop turnovers and profitability across travel retail accounts within the geographical zone
- Manage regional budget allocation in alignment with maison strategy and business priorities
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure channel performance
- Ensure maison development, market share expansion, and brand image integrity within the travel retail channel
- Deploy 360° customer marketing initiatives including training, staffing, and visibility activities
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key regional accounts and stakeholders
- Manage travel retail marketing group (TMKG) activities and initiatives for the region
- Monitor and coordinate with Customer Service Department to optimize partner support and service delivery
- Track and analyze competitor strategy and market positioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Master's preferred)
- 5 to 8 years of travel retail market experience
- Solid sales background and demonstrable sales skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Team player with collaborative mindset
- Result-oriented mindset with commercial sensitivity
- English fluency required; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Prior experience in eyewear, luxury goods, or selective distribution channels is advantageous

5 to 8 years of professional experience in the travel retail market, with a strong background in sales and account management within luxury or selective distribution environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
