Thélios (LVMH) in New York seeks a Trade Marketing Coordinator (temporary, hybrid) to execute in‑store activations and retail campaigns. $26–$32/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute the trade marketing plan across all sales channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, commercial objectives and approved budgets.
- Develop and deliver impactful in‑store activations, visual merchandising, window schemes and permanent customizations to enhance retail storytelling.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to plan and implement sales campaigns, promotions and commercial events; attend customer meetings and trade events to support execution.
- Support sales teams in the implementation and assessment of Visual Merchandising standards and identify opportunities to engage end consumers.
- Manage visual requests and workflows through the cropping platform and coordinate production of retail assets.
- Partner with PR agencies to amplify print and digital coverage for the brand portfolio.
- Deliver brand training sessions to internal teams, communicating brand vision, seasonal strategy and campaign execution guidelines.
- Track and analyse marketing performance to evaluate project effectiveness and recommend optimisations for future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, retail or trade marketing (internships considered an asset).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, retail environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Practical experience with digital asset workflows and coordinating retail production.

At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing, trade marketing, retail operations or a closely related function; experience supporting in‑store activations, visual merchandising or retail campaigns is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
