Thélios (LVMH Group) seeks Systems & Infrastructure Lead in Longarone, Italy. Drive IT infrastructure governance and cloud transformation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Govern IT infrastructure projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring adherence to security protocols, compliance frameworks, group standards, and global platform governance principles
- Lead the design and implementation of security solutions and modernization efforts, establishing and maintaining high network security standards across all environments
- Coordinate cloud migration initiatives and manage the complete server lifecycle, including on-boarding and off-boarding processes for corporate assets
- Provide comprehensive technical support for corporate networks and serve as the primary technical reference point for strategic partners, suppliers, and LVMH Group entities
- Conduct process analysis and optimization of IT tools and infrastructure perimeter, driving alignment with multinational best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent technical discipline
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an IT Infrastructure Specialist, with demonstrated expertise in network, server, cloud, or Microsoft 365 management
- Proven experience in multinational corporate environments with strong capability in process analysis and infrastructure assessment
- Demonstrated excellence in analytical and problem-solving methodologies
- Exceptional team building and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an IT Infrastructure Specialist, preferably with a focus on network, server, cloud, or Microsoft 365 management. Consolidated experience gained in multinational organizations, with demonstrated capability in process analysis and IT infrastructure assessment. Proven track record of leading infrastructure modernization and security initiatives in complex corporate environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent technical discipline.

Compensation
