Thélios (LVMH) seeks Supply Planner in Longarone, Italy. Manage production plans, inventory, and supply chain operations. EUR 30,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and manage production plans based on demand forecasts, production capacity, and lead times
- Monitor inventory, production data, and material requirements to ensure supply continuity
- Track weekly performance reports and operational KPIs to assess planning effectiveness
- Identify risks, constraints, and opportunities through comprehensive data analysis
- Coordinate with factory, demand planning, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to align planning priorities
- Ensure service level targets are achieved while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing costs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes and methodologies
- Support planning readiness and coordination for new product launches
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or supply chain operations
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or supply chain operations is preferred.
Education
Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
