Thélios, the LVMH Group's luxury eyewear maison, seeks a Supply Planner to join its Italian headquarters in Longarone. The successful candidate will manage production planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional supply chain coordination to ensure product availability and operational efficiency across its portfolio of prestigious brands including Dior, Fendi, Céline, and Bulgari.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and manage production plans based on demand forecasts, production capacity, and lead times
  • Monitor inventory, production data, and material requirements to ensure supply continuity
  • Track weekly performance reports and operational KPIs to assess planning effectiveness
  • Identify risks, constraints, and opportunities through comprehensive data analysis
  • Coordinate with factory, demand planning, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to align planning priorities
  • Ensure service level targets are achieved while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing costs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes and methodologies
  • Support planning readiness and coordination for new product launches

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or supply chain operations
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or supply chain operations is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
