Barton Perreira seeks a Store Manager in Aspen, Colorado to lead boutique sales, P&L, team development and luxury client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute store-level commercial strategy to meet sales, margin and KPI targets; act as the primary business partner for regional leadership.
- Own full P&L accountability for the Aspen boutique, managing revenue growth, expense control and profitability optimization.
- Lead and develop a high-performing boutique team through coaching, structured training and performance management.
- Drive clienteling and relationship management strategies to increase retention, loyalty and customer lifetime value.
- Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy and loss prevention processes to protect margin and brand integrity.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect brand language and maximize commercial impact.
- Ensure operational excellence across daily store execution, omnichannel integration and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity; identify new retail or expansion opportunities and lead special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of progressive retail experience with proven store management responsibility, preferably within luxury retail (eyewear preferred; fashion or jewelry considered).
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and driving store profitability.
- Strong leadership and people-development skills with experience recruiting, coaching and retaining high-performing teams.
- Excellent clienteling and relationship-building capability in a luxury environment.
- Advanced commercial acumen and ability to translate sales and client data into actionable strategies.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and travel monthly as required.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail experience with strong emphasis on store management; prior luxury retail leadership preferred, eyewear experience advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or related field preferred; equivalent professional retail experience will be accepted.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 130,000 per annum.
