Thélios is seeking a Showroom Manager in Paris (75008) to lead EMEA showroom strategy and wholesale campaigns for its luxury eyewear maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deploy the EMEA showroom commercial strategy and coordinate implementation with local showrooms.
- Monitor showroom performance and KPIs across the region; collect and share best practices to improve results and guest experience.
- Act as the central point of contact between EMEA showrooms and cross-functional corporate teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Organise, oversee and execute wholesale sales campaigns in the Paris showroom (preparation, scheduling, execution and post-campaign follow-up).
- Coordinate international client appointments and optimise showroom planning to maximise sell-in outcomes.
- Contribute to commercial performance (sell-in / sell-out) in close collaboration with sales teams and report on showroom sales metrics.
- Guarantee an exceptional, brand-coherent client experience for wholesale customers and during sales events.
- Manage operational logistics: staffing schedules, external service providers (catering, hostesses, florists), showroom stock and inventories.
- Ensure availability and quality of sales-support materials (training books, commercial tools) and supervise seasonal installations and displays.
- Bring teams together around commercial objectives and ensure fluid communication with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Training, Customer Experience, Events, Sales Intelligence).
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in business, marketing or equivalent university qualification, with project management experience.
- Minimum five years' professional experience in a wholesale environment, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Proven commercial aptitude with experience contributing to sell-in / sell-out performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English; Italian is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage complex projects autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership capability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and meticulous attention to detail.

Education
Master's degree (Bac +5) in business, marketing, or equivalent university qualification.
