Thélios seeks an SAP FI/CO Analyst to support and optimize Finance and Management Control processes using SAP. Based in Padua, the permanent, full-time role includes regular weekly trips to Longarone and offers a gross annual salary of EUR 40,000, which may vary based on experience, skills, seniority, academic background, and sector of origin; the CCNL Eyewear applies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end users of the SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Management Control) modules, resolving issues and providing day-to-day assistance.
- Analyze business requirements across Administration, Finance, and Control.
- Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules to address new needs and improve existing processes.
- Contribute technical and functional expertise to SAP implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects.
- Test new configurations and developments to verify system functionality.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with other SAP teams and corporate key users to maintain system integrity and efficiency.
- Train end users on new functionalities and best practices.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of consolidated experience as an SAP FI/CO Functional Analyst.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FI modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting, and SAP CO, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and CO-PA.
- Strong general accounting and administration skills.
- Ability to analyze business processes and propose SAP solutions.
- Problem-solving orientation and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with users and colleagues.
- Good written and spoken English is required.
