Thélios internship in Paris: Sales Business Analyst Assistant (6 months) supporting the Commercial Director in luxury eyewear sales analysis and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain reporting tools and KPI tracking dashboards for sales performance monitoring
- Analyze monthly and quarterly sales results and performance metrics to identify action items
- Prepare executive summaries and strategic recommendations for the Commercial Director, Area Managers, and Brand Ambassadors
- Provide ongoing support to Brand Ambassadors in tracking their sales objectives
- Register clients for commercial events and manage event logistics
- Deliver operational support during commercial events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC +4/+5) in Business, Engineering, or equivalent university qualification
- Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in a selective, demanding wholesale commercial environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in French and English; Italian language skills preferred
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Comfort with numerical data and metrics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
