Thélios seeks Sales Associate for Vuarnet SoHo boutique in New York. Part-time, $20–26/hr plus commissions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized and elevated client experience in-store through attentive service and product knowledge
- Build strong customer relationships by educating clients on Vuarnet eyewear and skiwear collections, emphasizing performance, design, and technical innovation
- Answer customer inquiries in-store and by phone in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain strong product knowledge across Vuarnet's eyewear and skiwear ranges to support confident selling
- Support visual merchandising initiatives and maintain an organized, premium store environment
- Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales goals and KPI targets
- Assist the boutique team in delivering consistent, elevated client experiences
- Perform store operations duties and maintain a positive team culture
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic understanding of POS systems and store operations
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak periods
- Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused
- Interest in premium retail, eyewear, or lifestyle brands
