Thélios seeks a part‑time Sales Associate for the Vuarnet boutique in SoHo, New York — $20–26/hr plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, elevated in‑store client experience consistent with Vuarnet and Thélios standards.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through attentive service, tailored product recommendations and active follow‑up.
- Educate clients on Vuarnet eyewear and skiwear collections, emphasising performance features, design and technical innovation.
- Answer customer inquiries in‑store and by phone promptly and professionally.
- Support visual merchandising and preserve a premium, well‑organised boutique environment.
- Contribute to daily and monthly sales targets and KPI objectives through proactive selling.
- Assist with general store operations and collaborate with the boutique team to uphold a positive team culture.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support store performance.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail or customer‑facing experience preferred; candidates with less experience but strong client skills will be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong clienteling capability.
- Comfortable operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and supporting store operations.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Team‑oriented, reliable, and customer‑focused with a genuine interest in premium retail, eyewear or lifestyle brands.
