Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and orient clients to ensure comfort within the retail environment and communicate brand heritage
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and relationship management
- Apply comprehensive product knowledge to enhance the sales process and increase transaction value and unit sales
- Maintain store visual presentation and adhere to all housekeeping and merchandising standards
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Execute additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in eyewear, jewelry, or fashion
