Thélios (LVMH) in Paris seeks a Sales & Distribution Assistant (Internship) to support wholesale proprietary brands' commercial operations.
Overview
Thélios is the LVMH eyewear house that designs, produces and distributes sunglasses and optical frames for several of the group's prestigious Maisons and for its own labels such as Barton Perreira and Vuarnet. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Sales & Distribution team in daily commercial tasks: follow up on customer accounts, orders, deliveries and account openings.
- Prepare materials for commercial meetings, including presentations, market and sales analyses, and client-facing supports.
- Monitor distribution adherence to the defined selective-distribution strategy and support account development initiatives.
- Provide operational support to field teams across France and international markets.
- Develop and maintain commercial tools: presentations, guidelines and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the organisation of commercial events and launches for proprietary brands.
- Update reporting dashboards and track commercial KPIs (orders, distribution, account openings).
- Collect, consolidate and analyse sell-in and sell-out data to inform weekly and monthly reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bac+4/ +5 (Master’s level) programme in business, management or equivalent.
- Previous internship or alternance experience in data analysis and/or commercial development, preferably within wholesale or selective distribution.
- Fluent in French and English; Italian is an asset.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data-visualisation tools is appreciated.
- Strong analytical appetite for sales data, rigorous and highly organised, able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive team player with the ability to operate in an international environment.
- Interest in the outdoor sector and eyewear/fashion is a plus.

Early-career; requires prior internship or alternance experience in commercial development and data analysis. Experience in wholesale or selective distribution is advantageous.
Education
Bac+4 / Bac+5 (Master’s level) in business, management, or equivalent; currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant programme.
