Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a comfortable, brand‑appropriate boutique experience while educating them about Barton Perreira collections.
- Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, maximizing units per transaction and average transaction value.
- Integrate deep product knowledge into the sales process to articulate craftsmanship, materials and fit.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards; assist with general housekeeping to preserve store image.
- Adhere to company policies, loss‑prevention procedures and point‑of‑sale protocols.
- Perform additional duties and ad‑hoc tasks as required by store leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; experience in eyewear, jewelry or luxury fashion strongly preferred.
