Thélios Paris seeks Retail Merchandising Assistant for 6-month internship; support eyewear retail operations across luxury maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create reporting and performance tracking tools (KPIs) and analyze sales results and performance metrics across maisons
- Synthesize monthly sales performance data and KPI trends into executive-level Business Review presentations
- Develop forecasts for new collection purchasing based on sales analysis and market trends
- Coordinate shipment activations with Customer Service, Planning, and Logistics teams
- Monitor product delivery schedules and provide maisons with visibility on product availability
- Anticipate inventory replenishment needs for CAD products and formulate purchase and assortment recommendations
- Advise and support maisons on best practices for eyewear category development within their retail networks
- Ensure continuous process improvement in collaboration with production teams
- Maintain administrative tracking of orders and update order management systems
- Create order files and collect necessary information in coordination with departmental partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Marketing or related discipline
- Prior experience in merchandising, business analysis, or retail support through internship or apprenticeship
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced level), Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in French and English; Italian preferred
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail
- Proactive mindset coupled with intellectual curiosity
