Thélios (LVMH) seeking Retail Merchandising Assistant intern in Paris. Six-month role supporting eyewear category development across luxury boutiques. July 2026 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create performance reporting and monitoring tools (KPIs) and analyze sales results and performance metrics for the maisons
- Prepare monthly business review presentations synthesizing sales results and performance data; develop forecasts for new collection purchasing
- Coordinate shipment activation with Customer Service, Planning, and Logistics; monitor product delivery schedules and provide visibility to maisons on product availability
- Anticipate restocking needs for CAO products and make purchasing and assortment recommendations to the maisons
- Advise and support maisons on best practices to develop eyewear categories within their boutique networks; ensure continuous process improvement with production teams
- Manage administrative follow-up and update order tracking systems; create Order Files and collect necessary information in collaboration with cross-functional departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC +4/+5) in Marketing or related field
- First professional experience through internship and/or apprenticeship in merchandising, business analysis, or retail operations
- Fluent in French and English; Italian is valued
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; competency in Word and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated versatility, adaptability, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with intellectual curiosity and ability to prioritize effectively

Beginner level with first professional experience in merchandising, business analysis, or retail operations through internship or apprenticeship programs.
Education
