Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to digitalization, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and computer vision projects from requirements definition through industrial validation
- Collaborate with quality, production, engineering, IT, and external partners to integrate solutions into operational processes
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate adoption of developed digital tools and systems
- Analyze quality and manufacturing processes to identify critical points and improvement opportunities
- Collect, structure, and analyze quality and process data to inform operational decision-making
- Develop analyses, automations, and tools in Python for KPI tracking, monitoring, reporting, and alert systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, automation, or related discipline
- Approximately two years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in process engineering, quality, industrialization, continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering, or digital transformation
- Ability to analyze and improve industrial processes using structured methodologies
- Python proficiency with capability for data analysis, management, and visualization
- Foundational knowledge or practical experience with AI, machine learning, data analytics, or computer vision
- Pragmatic approach with results-oriented mindset and capacity for cross-functional teamwork
- Fluent English communication skills

Approximately two years of experience in a manufacturing context, with background in process engineering, quality, industrialization, continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering, or digital transformation initiatives.
Education
Master's degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, automation, or related engineering disciplines.

The successful candidate will be located in Longarone, Veneto, Italy, with easy access to Venice.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 27,000 per annum.
