Thélios — Production Planning Intern in Longarone, Italy. On-site internship in production planning supporting scheduling, data analysis and BI reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support production planning activities, contributing to the preparation of production schedules and capacity analyses.
- Collect, validate and analyse data related to production, inventory and material requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation of weekly reports and the tracking of operational KPIs.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and support communication with factory, logistics and other corporate functions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes and new product launches.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making and planning optimisation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a programme in Management/Industrial Engineering, Economics or a closely related discipline.
- Academic projects or previous short internships in Operations, Supply Chain or Data Analysis are desirable.
- Analytical mindset, curiosity, strong willingness to learn and genuine interest in industrial processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI); knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

Experience
Entry-level internship: suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior academic experience or brief internships in operations, supply chain or data analysis are preferred but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's level study in Management/Industrial Engineering, Economics or related fields (in progress or completed).
