Thélios is seeking a full-time Procurement Intern in Longarone to support direct purchasing, monitor supplier performance and material availability, optimize delivery lead times and assist with supplier qualification. The internship offers procurement and supply-chain experience in an industrial environment and pays €800 per month under internal internship regulations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support management of the direct procurement order portfolio and ensure on-time delivery in line with company requirements.
- Monitor the direct purchasing portfolio daily, including order management, supplier performance tracking, lead-time optimization, and bottleneck identification.
- Monitor raw material and component availability to ensure continuous supply to production lines.
- Support the implementation of purchasing methodologies to improve delivery performance while minimizing inventory levels.
- Assist with scouting, qualifying, and validating new suppliers.
- Participate in supplier visits and related procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in Procurement or Supply Chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
