Press Assistant internship (6 months) at Thélios, Paris. Support PR, media relations, and communications for LVMH luxury eyewear brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily press review and identify media coverage across Print, Digital, and Celebrity channels using DMR tools and media monitoring platforms
- Produce monthly PR Reviews and Show reviews analysing worldwide press coverage and emerging trends
- Support Head of Public Relations in project execution, press partner identification, press kit creation, and press release writing
- Organize and coordinate press events including Press Days and maison-related celebrations
- Develop and manage social media content, including editorial planning and media strategy
- Write internal newsletters and customer-facing communications
- Process and manage media sample orders and coordinate sample logistics
- Coordinate agency return procedures and maintain administrative organization
- Support operational improvement projects and document publication calendars
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4 or +5 in Marketing or related field
- Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in PR or Communications
- Fluent in French and English; Italian a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Adobe InDesign skills valued
- Excellent written communication and editorial ability
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Meticulous organization and attention to detail
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; prior PR or communications internship or apprenticeship strongly preferred. The candidate should demonstrate foundational knowledge of media relations, press processes, and communications workflows.
Education
Bachelor's degree +4 or +5 in Marketing, Communications, or closely related discipline.
