Thélios Paris internship: 6-month PR Assistant role in luxury eyewear communications, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily media monitoring, press clipping reviews, and analysis of press coverage and celebrity mentions worldwide using DMR monitoring tools and media intelligence platforms
- Produce monthly PR reviews encompassing print, digital, and celebrity coverage globally, including show reviews and trend analysis
- Support press and influencer projects by assisting the Head of Public Relations with project coordination, partner identification, tool implementation, press kit development, and press release drafting
- Organize and support press events including Press Days and Maison-related events
- Develop and manage social media content and media planning across digital platforms
- Compose internal newsletters and client-facing communications
- Assist in the creation and management of product orders and coordinate sample flows between internal teams and external agencies
- Coordinate the returns process for media agencies
- Lead operational improvement initiatives and change management efforts within the Communications team
- Manage administrative functions including invoicing, budget tracking, and publication calendar scheduling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4 to +5 years (Master's level) in Marketing or related discipline
- Prior internship and/or apprenticeship experience in Public Relations or Communications
- Fluent in French and English; Italian proficiency highly valued
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Adobe InDesign knowledge preferred
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with creative flair
- Demonstrated self-direction, autonomy, and proactive engagement
- Digital-native mindset and cultural awareness

Experience
Entry-level: Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in Public Relations is required. Candidates should demonstrate foundational knowledge of communications practices within the luxury goods sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree with +4 to +5 years of study (Master's level) in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
